About this apartment rental
My guests will be served breakfast: a few days before I will ask if they prefer a savory or sweet breakfast and if they have food allergies or intolerances. Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the city tax of € 1.50 per person per night for a maximum of 5 nights. Completely renovated apartment of 65 square meters. on the ground floor overlooking the property garden composed of entrance hall, bathroom with shower, double or twin room because there are two identical beds that can be joined or separated, room with French doors to access the garden, utility room and kitchen with French window leading to the garden. At 300 meters there is a public outdoor parking (cost 1.20 euros from 7.00 to 24.00, from 20.00 to 24.00 and festive hourly rate 0.60), finally you can park along Via Frescobaldi and surrounding streets for free. Included in the apartment there are two bicycles. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, bed linen and towels, hair dryer, kitchen equipped with crockery, fridge, oven and microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine with capsules, toaster, juice extractor.

Silvia's apartment is beautiful; it was spotlessly clean, everything we could need was provided and it was extremely comfortable. Its location is ideal and Silvia provided lots of useful extras, including a selection of goodies and the use of her bicycles, all of which were welcomed. We strongly recommend her apartment to anyone travelling to Ferrara.
