Location. Size. And peaceful
The bed upstairs was a bit rough to sleep on. Other than that it wasn’t bad.

The Mermaid House was very clean and had wonderful amenities. The location was great! It was so close to town, and I enjoyed my walks on the beach among the beautiful buttes/rocks! I will be back!

The house was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach. They neighborhood was quiet. Loved the kitchen and big table.
Took me a few tries to realize I needed to push the button above the numbers before entering the code to open the door. Not terrible, just a little frustrating for a minute. And the puzzle we chose to put together was missing two pieces! Drove us nuts. :) But we enjoyed it anyway!

This was a beach house, no meals were included.
The house was not very clean. The upstairs bathroom had short hair, like someone cleaned their razor, around the sink. The dining table was sticky around the edges. It was easy to wipe off but that tells me that it was not cleaned very well
