Enjoy pure relaxation in our comfortable holiday home at the park!
The quiet and idyllic location right on the pond with a terrace and lots of lawn around it and barbecue, fireplace and beach volleyball field is suitable for families with children as well as for those seeking relaxation and active fans.
With the equipment of our non-smoking holiday home we put special emphasis on natural materials and modern living comfort. And with a living space of 60 m², spread over two levels, it offers enough space for up to four people.
Rental period: minimum 2 days

On the ground floor, the open living-dining area, equipped with a spacious dining table, a modern leather seating area (with integrated bed function) as well as satellite TV, BlueRay player and hi-fi system invites you to stimulating or relaxing hours.
The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and also a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.
The spacious shower room has a separate children's toilet for our younger guests.
The entire ground floor is equipped with a light wood wall paneling, natural stone floors and underfloor heating and offers direct access to the terrace and outdoor areas.
In the upper sleeping area we put special emphasis on a healthy indoor climate: All walls are wood paneled and on the floor was laid pleasant cork flooring.
The large and separate sleeping area is fitted with built-in wardrobes made of solid wood as well as a double and a single bed. For the little ones, we are happy to provide a suitable travel cot. Of course, the staircase is secured with a child safety gate.
A generous sun balcony invites you to leisurely reading sessions.
In the outdoor area you can really relax, for example on the terrace, which is an ideal place to stay with modern furniture. On the spacious lawn, your children can romp to their heart's content or spend time on the beach volleyball court. If you like it more tranquil, enjoy the view of the idyllic pond, which is also suitable for fishing. By the way, our guests can use the fitness studio and the sauna of the directly neighboring ambulant rehabilitation center Hunsrück free of charge. Other applications, such. B. Massages and physiotherapy, can be arranged individually. And those who have had enough peace and quiet are in no time in Kastellaun, which attracts many visitors each year with its castle ruins and historic old town.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr hübsch und ordentlich. Zum Fahrradfahren um Kastellaun ist die Gegend einfach super und das man dann am Abend in der Sauna entspannen kann, war auch klasse.
Die Dusche ist sehr klein, aber für ein paar Tage war das noch ganz ok.
In der Küche stehen nur zuviel Teller, Tassen und Gläser, so daß man nicht weis wohin mit eventuellen Lebenmittel. Nach etwas umräumen hat dies aber auch funktioniert.
Es war aber in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Sehr schönes Haus, supersauber. Alles da, was man braucht.
Sehr netter Empfang.
Da ich Probleme mit dem Pin hatte kam der Vermieter extra nochmals zum Haus und hat es erklärt. Danke dafür.
Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll, viel Wind und Regen.
Aber man kann ja die Fitness und Saunaoase mit Schwimmbad nutzen.

Leider ist der See nicht zum Baden geeignet. Die Sauna und den Pool kann man nur zu bestimmten Zeiten nutzen. Also bis auf die extras war alles einwandfrei. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut und kann mitgenutzt werden. Ärgerlich war das am ersten Tag der Anreise der Pool gereinigt wurde und gar nicht benutzt werden konnte. Der Vermieter war Einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Ab 23 Uhr hat man seine Ruhe und ist ungestört. Die Küche ist Super ausgestattet bis auf Grill utensilien. Die Sauna und der Pool haben wir die ganze Woche nicht benutzt da wir zu den Zeiten wo man durfte unterwegs waren. Der Kühlschranck hat leider kein Gefrierfach.
