Staff were really polite, kind and helpful. Pool on the roof was on point after long sightseeing day. Room cleaning everyday, clean towels, very good job of cleaning staff. Safe place guarded by security, closed by high gate at night. Very peacefull. Well situated, near parks and bus station.
Bathroom not in a good condition, full of calcium and dirt from water (not a blame of cleaning staff but the condition of the floors and equipment). Tv connection did not work, as well as sound. Two-placed bed only 150 cm wide, not comfortable for normal couple, one small blanket. The bed was situated in the middle of the room, it means no other space left in the room. The front part of the bed was moving. With the black equipment and no sunny windows it was a dark room.

The gym was very well equipped.
The rooms are an awesome size.
The beds had duvets.
The block out shutters had the room amazingly dark for sleeping.
Surprise late check in fee despite a 24hr front desk.
Advertised with air conditioning but only has a centrally controlled ventilation system, no adjustable heating or cooling in the rooms. Our stay was uncomfortably warm.
All the light switches had bright lights on them which ruined the super effective block out shutters.
