Very central for exploring the bridges, gorges and mountains of Zigori. The closest stone bridge (Lazaradis) is about 200m; Plakidas Bridge not a lot further… and don’t miss the Mill Bridge at the other end of the village. Local store is just a short walk up the street… this really is a good location.
The house is extremely well provided for with ample cooking equipment etc., and LOTS of radiators, making it very cosy as a winter retreat. Outside, at the back of the house, there is a nice terrace area with table and chairs, pleasant outlook… The house is on 2 levels, connected by a spiral staircase; there are 2 shower/ toilet rooms, one on each floor of the house which makes the staircase less challenging. Ample parking outside.
Communication with host was exceptional; got the impression that Anastasia actually cares that her guests are comfortable- Much appreciated.
Being on 2 levels, this house may not suit anyone not comfortable with the spiral staircase.

Lovely house in the country side.
Big yard outside, 2 bathrooms.
I was a little worried for not having AC in August but the area is cool and AC is not required.
The hostess Anastasia was very kind and shared tips from the area.
Sometimes you cannot sit outside because there were many bugs.
Wifi fell in one of the days and we had no connection until the next day.

Nice two-storey house in Kipoi, with outdoor space and nice view into the valley. Kitchen was well equipped. Upstairs has a desk. Owner was responsive and helpful, flexible with checkin and checkout times.
Black mold on ceiling in bathroom, washing machine not working (owner washed the clothes for us in the end), lower floor took a while to heat up, bathroom floors are impossible to keep dry. Downstairs level is quite cramped. Be aware that the spiral staircase is narrow and rather steep.
