A return visit to the villa after 2 years with a very warm welcome from Sabah.
The villa is very well equipped with extremely comfortable rooms and lovely outside spaces where we were able to relax and enjoy some great al fresco lunches. The heated pool and hot tub were both enjoyed by the whole family. We were a party of 6 adults and four children (all under 6 years old) and it accommodated us all very well. The cots, high chairs and buggies were great for the younger members of the party.
The villa is located within a 15 minute walk to the centre of Juans les Pins, 10 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to a very good supermarket. It is convenient for shops and restaurants. The train station is a 15 minute walk for trains to places along the coast, Cannes, Antibes and Nice, or a bit further afield. There’s also a road/tourist train to Antibes which was enjoyed by both adults and kids.
We yet again had a really wonderful stay and would very much recommend the villa.

What a fantastic villa. Myself and a group of friends spent an amazing 5 days at the villa. The villa is absolutely stunning and has everything you could want. We made good use of the pool, hot tub and even the small gym. The villa is well placed to walk into Juan les Pins and there are great transport links from there. I would not hesitate to recommend the villa and i would return in a heartbeat.
