Beautiful grounds and the hot tub was great. The cottage was immaculate and fully kitted out for our stay

Location
Functional. Lacking in warmth.
Garden outside showed evidence of heavy dog use.
Had failed to note that this was a dog friendly place.

The location was nice in the nature of Dorchester.
It was hilly and green.
There was a bit of a smell of people having cooked there before, the kitchen cabinets smelt a bit of damp. The cutlery was not as clean as should be. The shower made a lot of noise.
I think it was slightly disappointing for the money we paid for two nights. I guess we got the apartment suitable for dogs which meant that the windows were looking towards the inner court yard. And that meant not too much privacy as people could look in.
I think I just expected more because of the reviews and the money we paid.
