Location and the facilities of the hotel were superb and very good value.
The only issue we had was with the bar staff in the restaurant. We called in for a drink after our evening out in Liege and the wait for our drinks was unacceptable. The bar staff seemed to be concentrating on the drinks ordered by the diners and also got our order wrong which further delayed their arrival. In the end, it took nearly 25 minutes to receive one beer, one gin & tonic and a latte. Poor.

Very clean, very comfortable room and great beds. Nice facilities : sauna, pool, gym with views. Also the rooftop bar is cool.
Restaurant was overpriced for the choice and quality and service inattentive and very slow. You're better off going back to town for food.

I arrived very late for work and I had to waith a long time before getting a room, once I got a room it was not made up and stank (like someone had just done a number two). Again I had to waith some time to get a room. I had to ask for everything. For this price, I expected more.
