This 2 bedroom cottage is cozy and close to everything. Just blocks from Schlitterbahn, downtown New Braunfels, the Faust bridge, and Market Square. There is even a park across the street. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.
One bedroom has a queens size bed and the second room has a full size bed. Linens and towels are provided. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove. Rental covers all utilities, wifi, and basic cable. Upgrading cable is available for a fee.

It’s an awesome place. It had everything we needed for a month and did us well! Just needs a few touch ups with the doors and some paint. We had a minor issue but Michelle took care of it quickly! It’s in a great location, close to the river, downtown, and activities.

Everything went smooth,walking distance to downtown. Nice bike riding around the neighborhood. Definitely recommend to others.

My elderly mother and I needed a place to stay for a month while our house was being vacated. We had a dog and two cats. The property owners were very accommodating on all counts. They even bought an Amazon Firestick so my mom could watch her shows! The house is well-appointed with everything you could need; very cozy. The house is directly across from a sweet park and a short, short drive to the square. Walk to the Faust Bridge for a beautiful stroll. There are lots of stray cats in the neighborhood and we made friends with a sweet young white cat we called Alice. So, if you love kitties, she'd probably love a treat, or 10 ;)
