Focus on living the cabin life because internet connection is not great, whether the wifi or your data. The cabin is cosy, not much space to open your luggage but can sleep up to 7 people. Hot water is limited so dont take too much time in the shower. We had a private bathroom in our cabin else you would have to walk out of yours to the public ones that i think require money to work for a while. The national park is right opposite so you can opt for the snowshoeing tour or rent their snowshoes and go on your own. Remember to decide on the tours beforehand as they may run out. Cafe offers an excellent Norwegian breakfast and they do lunch/dinner as well so you dont have to go anywhere out of the lodging. Need to do abit of workout to pull our luggage through the snow to our cabin.

The room is not big but it’s very cozy and provides spectacular sea view. You can sit at the sofa and look at the view for hours. Because of the glass house, you can sit inside the room and observe if there’s northern lights from different directions, there’s no need to stand outdoors in the cold for hours. And the hot tub is a big plus point too!

We stayed in the light house! It’s the cutest thing ever! A very different experience. The views are gorgeous! We happed to catch the most amazing the night to the northern lights. The place is secluded and beautifully dark to view the lights. We had hours of the dance in the sky which was out of this world! Met the owner, she’s a lovely lady with many suggestions, very sweet and welcoming. The breakfast served was great too! Will definitely come back

The location is great for nothern light viewing. I manage to see nothern light on 2nd day of my stay.
