Victoria Cottage is a traditional Cornish cottage in the small village of St Newlyn East, five miles from Newquay in Cornwall. There are two bedrooms, one super king-size double and one double, sleeping four people. There is a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside there is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and an enclosed side patio and furniture. Victoria Cottage is close to all the attractions of Newquay and is perfect for families and friends to explore this delightful area. Property accepts children age 12 and above
Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, Fast speed WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on first come first served basis with public parking nearby. Secure bike storage in shed. Enclosed side patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Children over 12 only.
