About this villa rental
Independent panoramic villa in the hills 20 minutes from the center of Bologna and 10 minutes from the villages of Sasso Marconi and Pianoro. It is a typical stone building, surrounded by a fully fenced park of 1000 square meters, with private access road and parking. Distributed over three floors, it can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor, the living area includes the living room with a panoramic window overlooking the park, which offers a spectacular view of the valley and the surrounding hills. On the same floor, the fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, combined electric / microwave oven, fridge, freezer, wall cupboard (dishes and pots available). Outside you can have lunch and dinner surrounded by nature and enjoy relaxation on comfortable armchairs. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, 2 trunk wardrobes, desk and panoramic window; the other is equipped with 2 single beds which can possibly be joined together and a wardrobe. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has a spacious shower from which you can see the surrounding nature. In the basement there is a second full bathroom, spacious shower and washing machine. Bath and bed linen included. Air conditioning and heating throughout the house.
It is a very welcoming environment with a perfect atmosphere for those who want to relax in the midst of nature and at the same time quickly reach shops and restaurants and the city center. Furthermore, Florence, Modena, Parma, Ferrara and Ravenna are easily and quickly reachable.
Attention: Tourist tax of € 3.00 per person / per night for a maximum of 5 nights to be paid upon arrival. It does not apply to children under 14.

The house was very well equipped. The kitchen has all you need and also basic ingredients are available. From the bedroom you have a beautiful view over the hillside.Silvia is an excellent host, very helpful, friendly, patient and generous.The garden and view are astonishing and relaxing. You will have the house and the garden for yourself. Outside you can hear a lot of birds and we particularly liked the golden orioles. Grazie Mille Silvia e Giovanni

The villa is in an amazing location. The views of the valley are so picturesque. Sylvia was a perfect host. Everything is as advertised. I only wish we had spent more time at the house. We used it as a base for Imola F1 race. If races are re-established at Imola we will definitely come back. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again.

This is one of the most gorgeous rental properties we have ever stayed at! La Pacifica IS very peaceful. My husband and I stayed here for 3 days and we did not want to leave on checkout day!! Our hostess Silvia is so very gracious and she thought of everything! The home is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Both bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and there is an automatic awning over the sunny side of the house patio keeps the living space from heating up too much. Beautiful large picture windows overlooking the picturesque countryside grace the living room and master bedroom. Water pressure is good in both bathrooms and Silvia provided everything needed and plenty of towels too! It is the perfect place to relax at night after touring nearby towns like historic Bologna and Modena. There are multiple coffee pots and coffee is provided. We didn’t want to cook but if we dis, kitchen is well supplied for it! We were so lucky to see a fox stroll by the big picture window in the living room around dusk on our first night! Silvia met us at the house upon arrival and showed us everything. We had total jet lag and were so grateful for her hospitality! She also met us when we checked out, she is a lovely woman with a great personality and talented decorating skills. Also very caring to provide what you might need during your stay. If you are lucky enough to stay at this very special place, then you will be very blesses indeed. Grazie mille, Silvia!

The house is modern and well furnished with a beautiful view both from the living room and master bed!The host were perfect. We arrived and everything was ready with a welcome bottle of Prosecco and some of those wonderful Italian little snacks.Don't be daunted by the drive up. It is well worth it. We were there in March and although the weather was not like summer, it was better than home (Germany). We would stay here again when we need to come to Bologna. You must have a car, as there is nothing close by within walking distance. This was exactly what we wanted. We have nothing negative about our stay. It was really perfect for us (two couples).
