Die Wohnung ist ein Juwel und liegt im ruhigen Viertel Testaccio, von wo aus man an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut angebunden ist. Fulvio ist ein sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der zudem sehr gut Englisch spricht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We had awesome 4 days in ancient city . Fulvio is a great guy and gives good advice. Neighborhood is very safe .Public transportation is the way to go.

This apartment was in a great location in Testaccio. The apartment was very comfortable for four people with the bedroom and sofa bed. The apartment was in a quiet area of Rome so you could get away from the bustle of the big city. All the major sites were easily in walking distance.
Fulvio was very helpful throughout the trip and responded quickly when we had questions. He helped us get oriented with the apartment and the the area. He had some great recommendations for things to see and places to eat.
We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return to the apartment on another trip to Rome
