Wir haben uns in der Wohnung recht wohlgefühlt, sie war supersauber und mit fast allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, privat und trotzdem zentral, wir konnten jeden Tag draußen frühstücken, das war super schön! Ksenija war uns sehr sympathisch, die Kommunikation mit ihr jederzeit einwandfrei, freundlich und schnell.
Wir hätten uns über richtige Weingläser gefreut, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten .. leider hat es in der Wohnung ein bisschen schimmelig gerochen, ein weit verbreitetes Problem im Süden. Eines hat uns allerdings sehr traurig und auch wütend gemacht, was aber wirklich gar nichts mit der Beurteilung der Wohnung oder mit Ksenija zu tun hat: ein Nachbar hat einen altersschwachen braun-weißen Hund, mit dem er relativ grob umgegangen ist und der die meiste Zeit des Tages in einem fensterlosen Verschlag verbringen muss. Mir hat mein Herz geblutet!

Excellent apartment. Clean, nice and comfortable. Very friendly owner. Few minutes to the city center and all the nice restaurants. The entrance to the Kamenjak park is next to the apartment. Better get a car to reach the Kamenjak beaches, but we had a daily walk in 20-25 minutes through the park. Pomer is reachable by foot as well, through a nice pedestrian bridge across the bay.
Highly recommended place to stay in Premantura, you will feel at home.
