About this apartment rental
This three-bedroom renovated apartment in Southtown is one of 6 apartments on the property at second floor #6. It is conveniently located within easy walking distance from several Southtown bars and eateries (5 min walk to White Elephant Coffee, Taco Haven, Subway, Bite, Bliss and more), as well as the Mission Reach of the San Antonio Riverwalk. Hop on Bus #34 nearby for a quick trip downtown.The Alamodome and Hemisphere Park are also a nice walk and it's a short drive into downtown or to the Pearl.
Spacious 1000 square-ft. New tile floors throughout. Self check-in: Digital lock. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized bed and fresh linens, one bedroom has two single beds.
Large living/dining area. An air mattress is also available.
Important bookings: bedroom availability depends on guest number: 1-2 guests = 1 or 2 bedrooms (other bedroom might not ready for use).
Requested all guests need be quiet during the staying, specially night time, no loud noise after 10:30pm and no party accepted.
Wireless internet is available and there is a HD LED 58-inch Smart TV. Enjoy Netflix, Pandora, Etc.
The kitchen is spacious with range & oven, refrigerator, and is furnished with cookware, utensils, dishware and flatware. Toaster, Starbucks Coffee & Lemon Juice Powder, sort of Hot Tea bag are complimentarily . Stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom.
The apartment has central A/C for cooling and heating.
We live in the neighborhood and we are happy to help with restaurant recommendations and places to visit. I speak Mandarin as well as English. We are accessible at all times by smartphone.

City of San Antonio and Bexar County require us to collect occupancy taxes. The rate is 10.75% (ten point seven-five percent) - the same tax you would pay at a hotel. This is in addition to the state occupancy taxes that Airbnb collects on our behalf. (Please see the City of San Antonio Govt. website for details.) Upon booking, we will send you a request to pay these taxes through HomeAway or pay when you check in.

This AirBNB was a 15min drive from Lackland AFB, 10 min drive from the Riverwalk, 15min drive to the airport. The owner was easy to get in contact with. In a quiet neighborhood. Very neatly kept apt. I would definitely stay again

This apartment was well kept and in a convenient location. Very close to the riverwalk and downtown. The neighborhood is older and seems to be going through renovations everywhere. The biggest complaint we had was the smell of mothballs. Other than that, it was great.
