1. I waited 30 minutes for the gentleman to arrange check in as nobody is here.
2. It’s around 10 degree Celsius inside the room and pretty cold. I asked the rude lady to turn on the warmer for my second night. The answer was impossible because it is October only.
3. I asked for extra blanket. The answer was another impossible.
4. I asked to keep the luggage for a couple of hours after 10am check out. The answer was another impossible.

Perfect location to visit the old city. Close to groceries and close to bus station via the incredible escalator! Although we shared a bathroom we never saw anyone else around. Nice to have a small kitchen. Alfredo was a great communicator.

Heater is not adjustable and is automatically off even when the room is not warm enough.
