house is right on the coast. There is a nice restaurant attached to the property with nice food. Taxi boat is nearby the property that takes to Rab town for cheap. Dont need to drive and search for parking. Really handy.
Turtles are cute in the garden. Kitchen is well equipped and clean.
The bedsheets were forgotten to be replaced during the tenure of 10 days. Also ran out of toilet paper that I was expecting to be refilled. Pillows were a bit small. Seemed like we were forgotten during our stay.
Parking is a bit tight if all apartment is rented, restaurant workers should be parking somewhere else.
Communication is difficult if only English is your spoken language, they preferred German.

Great location and accommodation. We had everything we needed. Earlier check-in without extra payment.
We would really appreciate if there is possibility to pay with card at Marko's Bistro. We had a deal with the owner that we can have a late check-out so we are able to travel over night with small children. The owner assured me that it is not necesary to pay extra for it and we can leave any time we want. We recieved information last evening before leaving that it is not possible because another guests are comming right after us so we needed to leave by 11 what complicated our returning back home. In the future, I would definety pay one night extra to be sure and not rely only on what a host says to me.

Absolutely perfect! Amazing apartment, with everything one could wish for, excellent location, view to die for and very friendly people around. The restaurant at the proximity excellent as well. Would do it again anytime, absolutely no complains whatsoever, everything was beyond great!

Das Appartement hatte statt den angegebenen 50 qm leider nur ca. 30 qm. Balkon sehr klein, Nische für WC eng, gut 40cm.
