The property is located in a secluded area but not too far from the essentials like a supermarket and a gas station. There is a great restaurant just across the road.
The AC is not powerful enough to cool the whole property. The property itself is run down and requires a renovation.

the property has nice rooms two kitchens a big sitting area. we were a family of 7 and had a lot of space. the property is located in the middle of vineyard but close by to a small city.

La posizione, la casa ma rivedendo alcune cose
Casa fredda, sconsigliata nei periodi invernali, cara considerando che il riscaldamento è a carico del cliente (costo euro 5 a scatto) non particolarmente spiegato. C'è il camino, il proprietario dice di lasciare il necessario per un' accensione ma oltre a due pezzi di legno medi non c'è nulla di piccolo per poterlo accendere. Materasso nella camera sotto vicino alla cucina scomodissimo. Le camere sono sprovviste di condizionatore, non so se nei mesi estivi si viva meglio. Portone in ingresso con parecchi spifferi. Su 4 bagni 2 soli con il bidet e 1 bagno al piano superiore sprovvisto di termoarredo/termosifone. Non soddisfatto per quanto pagato per due sole notti. Sconsigliato
