About this villa rental
*** Please note: in 2025, we will start a major renovation on the west side and back of the house. In July and August, work will be halted and the house will be available for rental. In front of the house there is a terrace with plenty of seating. And our villa is still well equiped and a perfect base for relaxing and exploring the area ***

The house provides a stunning 180-degree unobstructed sea view and was in 2022-2023 renovated and modernised in the Ligurian style.

Wir waren 7 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern und waren sehr zufrieden. Es gab im Haus 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Couch aber nicht unbedingt als Schlafcouch geeignet. Zusätzlich gab es am Haus ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem eigenen Badezimmer.
Wir hatten eine gute Lage, mit diversen Stränden in der Umgebung, sowie auch Lebensmittel Geschäfte.
Die Kommunikation hat mit dem Besitzer super und schnell funktioniert.
Die Aussicht war unbezahlbar

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was well set up for guests. The views and outside space are amazing. We ate every meal looking out to sea. We had 2 teenagers with us and the WiFi worked well which kept them happy. We found the pool a bit small for us and preferred to walk to the beach at San Lorenzo. We would return but not in August when parking is stressful wherever you go!
Communication with Marjolein was very good.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Pfingstferienwoche. Die Villa liegt traumhaft ein wenig oberhalb am Berg. Der Meerblick ist phänomenal. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, über die Waschmaschine haben wir uns als sportaffine Urlauberfamilien sehr gefreut. Die unterschiedlichen Terrassen und Ruhegelegenheiten lassen keinen Wunsch offen, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten holländischen Besitzern hat hervorragend funktioniert.

woning zelf is echt italiaans, uitzicht is prachtig echter de bereikbaarheid is niet erg goed, toegangsweg is steil en slecht, invoegen op kustweg gevaarlijk, wandelen naar het dorp is in het donker risicovol.
Inrichting van de woning is erg basic, glaswerk is minimaal, koken gaat moeizaam door lage gasdruk,
Tuin is voor groot gedeelte braakliggend en dor, zwembad is een opzetzwembad met wankel trapje waar grind omheen ligt, voor kinderen leuk maar voor ouderen of mensen die wat minder mobiel zijn moeilijk te gebruiken.
Kortom huis heeft zeker potentie, uitzicht is prachtig maar wij zullen volgende keer toch even verder zoeken.
