bien dans l'ensemble; remplacer la bouilloire électrique et le grille pain défectueux.
Mettre qqs oreillers suplémentaires et couettes. Avoir plus de couverts à disposition ainsi qu'un épluche légume.

le seul point negatif est la vieille moquette dans l'escalier des parties communes
elle degage de mauvaises odeurs
