The bright apartment is on the top floor and is fully equipped with everything for everyday needs. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with dining area for up to 4 people, W-LAN / WIFI, LED TV with satellite programs, radio, kitchen with all the trimmings, bathroom with separate toilet. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer. There are 12 free public parking spaces in front of the house.

Our stay here was wonderful! Our host was excellent, very responsive and most helpful. The lovely apartment is spacious, bright, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The location is tucked at the end of a quiet street with a walking trail close by. There is a large grocery store a short drive away (Kaufland), and an excellent restaurant in town (Lorca). We would happily stay here again, thank you Marta!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön zwischen Weinbergen (gut zum Wandern) und ist auch gut erreichbar mit Zug/S-Bahn über Heilbronn.
Alles war sehr sauber und hat uns gut gefallen. Es gibt einen schönen Balkon. Allerdings ist es eine Dachwohnung, die im Sommer natürlich sehr heiß werden kann. Darauf sollte man sich ggf. einstellen.

Die Unterkunft wurde zwar für eine Geschäftsreise genutzt, aber sie ist auch super als Urlaubsunterkunft geeignet. Vermieter waren super freundlich. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Keine Beanstandung! Und wer Retro mag, der wird das Bad lieben. ;o)

Liebevoll, geräumige und voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, der es an nichts fehlt.
Marta, die Gastgeberin, empfing uns direkt und gestaltete die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei ihr nur empfehlen.
