Holiday home in the Tuscan countryside with swimmingpool . Calm and quiet, but just a few steps from the town center and in a strategic position to reach easily , by train or bus, a city of art and culture (Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Livorno, Siena) and villages ( Volterra, S Gimignano, Vicopisano, Calci, Uliveto Terme ...)
Vicopisano is a beautiful medieval village and undoubtedly the best way to visit is to walk its streets looking closely at its beautiful monuments.
In a in part of a farmhouse of 1,800 restored, the holiday home is a simple and essential residence, curator and absolutely comfortable : 2 bedrooms with 4 beds with air conditioning (. The screens on the windows for mosquitoes, 2 bathrooms and hair dryer, TV, dining room well equipped kitchen . Readingroom with Internet . Bed and kitchen linen provided , Towels provided .
Guests have their moments to relax a large garden with swimming pool with parasols, sunbeds and toilet cabin. The pool is used by unique holide home. Closed poultry . Internal free parking with automatic gate.
Many culinary specialties that can be tasted in trattorias local characteristics. SERVICES & ACTIVITIES
We can organize cooking lessons, private lunch and dinners, family solution (cooking at home min. 3 times/week) to prepare and to savor the tasties traditional Tuscan dishes with the guest.
Excellent climate in all seasons suitable for the weekend in winter, given the proximity to the major cities of art of Tuscany and the main living communications (Pisa airport / Highway A 12/train).

Wir wurden sehr nett von der Besitzerin empfangen. Eine sehr nette und sympathische Person.
Sie hielt sich bei unserem Aufenthalt stehts im Hintergrund und war dennoch jederzeit bei Rückfragen erreichbar.
Das Objekt ist ein typisch italienisches Landhaus mit rustikalen Möbeln. Für uns war es toll. Der Pool ist sehr schön und bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist auch super. Die Stadt Lucca oder das Meer sind in ca. 30 bis 40 Minuten erreichbar. Unsere Kinder und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

Zeer ruime woning voor 4 tot 6 personen met alle standaard faciliteiten zoals afwasser en wasmachine. Het, met parasol, overdekte, terras was ruim en gezellig; hier speelden zich alle activiteiten af vanaf ontbijt tot een gezelligheidsspel later op de avond. In Sara en Roberta kan je je geen betere gastvrouwen wensen; probleempjes werden in een minimum van tijd gecorrigeerd. De locatie van de woning ligt midden in de natuur evenals het prachtig ruime zwembad met ligbedden en parasols, de vogeltjes waren onze vrienden maar af en toe.....Deze stek is zeer aan te bevelen!

Wir waren 14 Tage da zu viert, es ist ein schönes Haus und ein super Pool. Sehr nette Vermieter, sehr freundlich. Können wir wirklich empfehlen. Also viel Spaß.
