About this house rental
A lovely newly-renovated flat in one of Rome’s nicest and safest residential areas (Monteverde). It is a short tram trip to the Coliseum, but also just a few minutes’ walk from the city’s biggest public park. The comfortable 5th floor (with elevator) one-bedroom flat is fully furnished and caters to small families, friends traveling together, solo adventures, couples, as well as hopeless romantics. Excellent transport links to Rome’s innumerable ancient sites and museums. Easily reachable from Fiumicino Airport.
The flat boasts a living-room with a pullout sofa bed (can sleep two if needed) and a basic kitchen corner with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobe, a laundry room with a washing machine and where to store your luggage. A baby cot is available upon request.
There are books in several languages to read (you are free to take some back home with you, as well as leave as many as you want for the next guests to appreciate).

We had a wonderful stay in Rome thanks to Liam. His apartment is clean, functional and spacious. He was responsive by text when we had questions, and always helpful!

Really great location away from the busy centre. Newly renovated listing with big balcony which was a good spot to unwind after roaming the city. Liam and his family were really great. Definitely coming back

We enjoyed our Roman holiday very much, and it was partly due to the accommodation - new renovation, very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Liam is an excellent host, friendly and professional, always prompt in answering all our questions. we appreciated the useful information pack he put together. We loved the fact that there was a nice cafeteria across the street, a traditional family restaurant down the street and many little convenience stores. We found public transportation very convenient, Piazza Venezia is less than half an hour by tram. We liked the fact that the apartment has a washing machine, a functional kitchen, and a great terrace to relax and unwind after a busy day.
