New house in Erdeven in small quiet subdivision located 500 m from the village and 3 km from the large beach of Kerhillio (supervised in July and August) with its dune space;

contrairement à certaines locations, pas besoin de faire le ménage en arrivant. Tout en parfait état de propreté

Das Haus ist toll. Absolut ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet. Hat alles was man braucht. Die Möbel sind billig (Ikea) aber dafür tadellos in Ordnung.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend (von der Salatschleuder bis zum Stabmixer wirklich alles da).
Es war top sauber.
Francoise ist sehr sehr nett, hat uns sogar noch ein paar Nudeln gekocht, weil wir abends erst so spät angekommen sind und die Supermärkte um 19:30 Uhr alle schließen.
Die Bettwäsche war für mich als Deutsche etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (man wickelt die Bettdecken in ein großes Laken ein statt eines Überzugs).
Es gibt ein Manko, auf das ich hier hinweisen möchte - gerade wenn international vermietet wird und auch Gäste mit Kindern anreisen: Es ist ausschließlich französisches Kabelfernsehen zu empfangen! Hier sollte man dringend über einen Satellitenempfang nachdenken.
Es war ein toller Urlaub, das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal an Francoise.

Maison très bien équipée et fonctionnelle dans un quartier très calme, ce qui nous change de la région parisienne, très bien située pour visiter la région
Propriétaire très sympathique😁
Tout était parfait merci encore à vous pour votre accueil notre semaine a été bien reposante.
