We booked the Katakis villa based on the pictures and description and it did not disappoint. Everything was picture perfect and the location was ideal to get around Everywhere. We will be returning very soon and thank you Manolis for being a great host.

We recently stayed in Villa Maria and found the villa and location just perfect. The villa was very clean on arrival and Manolis and his family came and cleaned three times during our stay offering clean towels and robes on each occasion, on one occasion, when we put the washing machine on before going out, we returned to find the washing neatly out drying in the sun, thank you once again. Nothing was ever too much, any time we needed to contact the owners they always answered promptly and answered our questions. The location was perfect, very close to less popular beaches with authentic Greek restaurants and supermarkets very close by in Kounoupidiana. A car is required though as even though the shops are not far away it is too far especially in the heat. I would very much recommend this villa and if we were to return to Chania we would be booking this place again, loved it.
