Tourangelles typical charming houses for 8 adults or children, in the vineyards, quiet, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere in the heart of the Loire Valley, listed as a "Unesco World Heritage".
Set of three buildings restored, independent, comfortable, around a flowery courtyard garden, beautiful garden and enclosed garage, large swimming pool of 11 x 6 m surrounded by a wooden deck, shade garden with view the pool.
The three houses are always rented together, for a single family / group.
Enclosed parking.
Many beautiful castles of the Loire to visit (within 25 km of the house), Langeais, Chinon, Saumur, Rigny-Ussé, Gizeux, Villandry, Azay-le -Curtain ...
Famous vineyards region, Loire wines are not to be missed, Bourgueil, Saint-Nicolas, Chinon, Saumur-Chamigny for red wines and Vouvray, Saumur, Chinon, Coteaux du Layon ... for white wines, dry or sweet.
The cellars excavated into soft rock limestone, are mysterious places, where wine tastings offered by the winemakers of the region have a special charm.

Lovely house. The pool was a delight after sightseeing in the morning.Quite easy to find. Wi-fi Good. Laura (the cleaning lady) very helpful and the host- Catherine- replied extremely quickly to any emails. Would highly recommend.

Une très belle résidence séparée en 3 lieux différents donnant sur un grand jardin magnifique et une grande piscine. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité nous avons passé avec mes amis une super semaine de vacances.

Extraordinaire propriété au milieu des vignes. Calme absolu, piscine très grande et agréable! Le fait d’avoir plusieurs maisons est très apprécié des ado qui jouissent d’une certaine indépendance. Les jardins (oui, au pluriel) sont splendides, remplis de fleurs et d’arbres de multiple essences. Il y a un petit côté « Alice au pays des merveilles » avec les nombreux recoins et passages au milieu de cette végétation! Un vrai petit paradis…. Même les chiens se sentaient en vacances! Seul bémol: la cuisine est trop petite et peu pratique. Les araignées sont nombreuses!

The houses while decorated in typical french style are cluttered with ornaments and other things which would not be suitable for young children. The kitchens are small and also over cluttered making them difficult to use. Bathrooms are small and not modern and the air vents hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. Bedrooms were ok but the beds are small so if you are over 5ft 7 (170cm) your feet will hang out of the bed. Our room attached to the owners house had a daily ant infestation which wasn’t pleasant. Pool and garden area is overgrown and in need of repair. When we contacted the owner on the first day we used the pool because decking was cracking and lifting she wasn’t very helpful at all and did nothing to review or solve the problem. The local village and surrounding area with good restaurants is nice. Overall overpriced - we stay in France every year and have stayed in locations with much better facilities and pool area for less.
