About this house rental
Large garden on three levels planted with numerous native and non-native species. South facing, sunny all day with splendid lake view. Furnished and complete with everything needed for a perfect holiday. Quiet and comfortable, the sound of the stream that once fed the mill will keep you sweet company. A few km from Orta San Giulio and 1km from the railway station. You need to be self-employed.

We had a wonderful vacation. The garden was very beautiful and the house met all our needs. The following are not criticisms, just our thoughts: there is no air conditioning. This was fine for us, but it was a little toasty some nights. Also, remember to pack your mosquito repellent. The mosquitos were not terrible, but we made good use of our repellent.

When our family arrived at this home, we were overwhelmed by the beauty of both the house and the site, which overlooks Lake Orta. We were greeted by the owner, Piero, and the property manager, Giorgio, who was always available to answer questions or attend to any matters. It is clear that this home has been lovingly restored with great care, devotion and sensitivity. The one and only downside to the property was having to leave. We hope to return very soon.
