Modern and spacious two-room apartment, located in an enchanting position on Lake Como, a stone's throw from Menaggio, in the Acquaseria area.
Located in an elegant and well-kept residence, with a large communal terrace with panoramic views, the apartment is very close to the lake, which can be easily accessed on foot via a short pedestrian street.
This position of the lake enjoys a large beach to relax in the absolute peace of a small corner of paradise.
The beach boasts an enchanting and peaceful green area with a small playground for children and barbecues that can be used for barbecues on the lake.
Apartment consists of:
Entrance, large double bedroom, living room and kitchen, dressing room and bathroom, large balcony.
The living area has a double sofa bed that can be easily opened. The apartment is therefore comfortably suitable for 4 people.
The house is equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer, as well as washing machine and TV.
The wardrobe is very spacious and able to accommodate all guests' linen.

Die Wohnung ist wir beschrieben. Sie hat eine sehr gute Lage. Sie eignet sich gut für eine Familie mit 4 Personen. Das Aufklappbett ist super. Lediglich die Duschhalterung war na ja nicht mehr in Ordnung. Die Anlage der Ferienwohnung wirkt sehr gepflegt. Man ist wirklich sehr schnell am Wasser.

gern wieder , wir zu dritt haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung . Es war alles in der Nähe was man so braucht . Unbedingt empfehlen wir eine Bootstour nach Bellaggio und Como . Der See ist praktisch ein Steinwurf entfernt ,Liegen sind in der Wohnung vorhanden . Wir waren auch am See unten eine Pizza essen man sollte aber einen Tisch reservieren . Wir kommen gern wieder !

Leider befand sich Wohnung bei der ersten Ansicht in keinem angemessenen sauberen Zustand. Sehr unangenehm war das in den Schränken und Schubladen gebrauchte Schuhe, Garderobe sowie Kosmetikartikel und angebrochene Lebensmittel vorhanden waren. Der Teppich, Vorleger und Badematten befanden sich in einem schmutzigen Zustand. Besonders viele Wollmäuse befanden sich im Schlafzimmer. Leider ist die gesamte Unterkunft eine sehr Geräusch starke Wohneinheit.Die Terrasse ist kaum nutzbar da vor ihr der Gehweg zum Parkplatz liegt. Diesen Umstand konnte man aus der Unterkunftbeschreibung und den Photos nicht entnehmen... Schade...
