Views, layout of the property, two entertaining areas.
One of the two heaters stopped working, or cycled off. Came on again once but then off again. Might be internal temp setting

Great location and view. Spacious.
Property wasn’t very clean. Mould on the window in the main bathroom. Rusty cutlery tray in the kitchen and a rusty shampoo holder in the bathroom. Cobwebs and spiders through out the house. Plants and chairs in the corners of the rooms had dirt, dead insects etc under or behind them, clearly have not been moved for some time and ignored by the cleaners.
