Ideally located in a small residence of 2 floors, 200 m from the beach of Beaumer, particular rents apartment of 4 rooms in duplex (45 m ²) for 4/5 people, with very clear view, seen sea, located on the 2nd floor.

Entrance with cupboard, main room with lounge and kitchen (fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob 4 burners, washing machine)
On the ground floor a bedroom with bed 140, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet
On the floor a room with bed 140 and a small room with bed 90 + reads umbrella for baby

Emplacement idéal par rapport à la plage. Tres calme. Terrasse agréable.
Pièce à vivre un peu petite. Chambre du bas : lit double collé au mur, pas très idéal.
