Welcome to Villa Versaille an all year round luxurious rental for holidays that can be as relaxing or as active as you want OR for a long term rental.
Activities such as: swimming, sailing, hiking, climbing, horse riding, cycling, wineries, sightseeing, shopping, skiing, Monaco Grand Prix and celebrity spotting at the Cannes Film festival are all under an hour's drive from the Villa.
Imagine having breakfast enjoying a tranquil, unspoilt view of one of the most famous villages in France, made famous by artists such as Renoir and still visited by modern day celebrities such as Robert de Nero, Michael Caine and former Rolling Stone local resident Bill Wyman.

Airconditioning in every room, wifi, SKY, 65' Bang and Olufsen TV with surround sound, pizza oven, billiard's table, outdoor mosquito proof sitting area, baby equipment.

GROUND FLOOR: Master bedroom with separate toilet/bidet and separate bathroom. 2nd bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, larder, laundry room, guest toilet and large living and dining area.
FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom 3 with super king bed, bedroom 4 can have up to 4 singles and a shared bathroom with bath.
GARDEN: Summer kitchen with pizza oven, fridge, dishwasher. Pool house with sauna, shower and toilet.
INCLUDED:Towels, pool towels, sheets and a linen/ towel change mid- stay for 2 week rentals.

We stayed as a family, had a wonderful time at the villa and kept busy with the pool table, pin ball and table tennis, whilst relaxing around a truly lovely pool. My daughter and I cycled around some spectacular climbs, and we all enjoyed St Paul de Vence, and the beach at Cagnes Sur Mer. Five stars, thank you!

This property was exceptional and in a quiet location with great views. It was so well equipped and had all the amenities for adults and kids that could be imagined. Very clean and well maintained.

Spent 3 weeks at Villla V with friends joining us at different times. Lovely Villa which is exceptionally well equipped. Pool table and Pinball machine particularly well used! Good location- several options for walks to St Paul. Brilliant communication from the owner, Carolina. Answered any questions promptly. Highly recommend.
