About this apartment rental
A large and bright living room enriched by a precious library available to guests, with a terrace embellished with many plants from which you can enjoy the view of Brunelleschi's dome. Two spacious bedrooms equipped with a comfortable double bed and TV. Two bathrooms available, one with a bath and one with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, blender, toaster, juicer and kettle. A cozy and romantic terrace where you can have your meals, starting from breakfast, for which a Nespresso machine with related capsules of various flavors is made available to guests.
The apartment is located in the San Jacopino district, a 20-minute walk from the center of Florence, but it is possible to arrive by bus in 4 stops to the Santa Maria Novella railway station, from which the pedestrian zone leaves; moreover, under the house, there is also the shuttle stop that leads to Florence Peretola airport. Both means of transport will be very useful for those who do not arrive by car.
A 5 minute walk you will find a very convenient and well-stocked supermarket.
The apartment, in addition to being comfortable to easily reach the center of Florence, is even more comfortable for those wishing to enjoy the beautiful walk offered by the famous "Cascine", and is in any case the starting point for trips out of town, interesting from the point of view landscape and culinary, to enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

We loved our stay in Florence and the apartment was amazing. We had a car and needed a place outside the ZTL with private parking, but close to the city. This apartment was perfect. We were able to find the address with no problems and Piero was waiting for us to show us the private parking area. He also helped us get checked in, told us the easiest way to get into the city, and gave us wonderful suggestions for places to eat. He was the perfect host. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Lovely apartment, 20 mins from the SNM station by foot. Quieter than staying downtown. Very spacious and the owner is very kind and generous.

This apartment had good beds, a nice kitchen, and a large sitting space. It was attractive and we liked it very much, but it was advertised as having wifi, but the wifi was not working. we needed it for calling taxis and for making other arrangements. The owner was out of town and we had no wifi until the last day of our stay. He also deducted a charge for a shower knob which he said we had broken from our security deposit It was broken when we arrived and we had told him about it.

The flat is huge and well-equipped. Two full bathrooms were very nice to have, even for just 3 of us. The view of the cathedral from the front balcony is lovely. We walked into Florence most days and it’s easily doable. At the end of long, hot days we sometimes caught a cab, though there are also buses that run close by. We rented a car to see more of Tuscany and the reserved parking space was invaluable. We hugely appreciated the washing machine and outdoor clothesline as our stay was in the middle of a 3-week trip with minimalist luggage.The owner Piero provided great advice, including some great local restaurants, and he works hard to ensure his guests feel welcome. The flat was his home and it does feel very homey.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Piero!
