About this apartment rental
The apartment comprises: WIFI, Living room with dining area and 45” Flat screen Sky TV with full sports package and movies, leading to sun terrace with 2 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs overlooking swimming pool; also a rear sun terrace for late evening sun. The kitchen has just been completely refurbished (January 2016) with new cupboards, work surface an American fridge freezer with iced filtered water on tap, new hob, oven, microwave,dishwasher, Also there is a, kettle, toaster, washing machine and access to the terrace; Master bedroom with king sized double bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom and access to terrace; Second bedroom with twin beds ceiling fan and en-suite shower room; Third bedroom with twin beds and ceiling fan; Fourth bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan; Third bathroom; Underground parking space available for an additional 7 euros a night. Three swimming pools, one of which is a paddling pool. The grounds are all enclosed and a key is required to enter or leave the premises. The apartment was freshly painted at the end of 2017. The apartment has central heating. There is a lift up to our floor. To see on Google Earth, search under "Marbella", then it is on co-ordinates 36 30 33 12" N, 4 53 33 07 W. We really enjoyed our family stay at this 4 bedroom apartment in The Parque complex in Marbella. Lovely spacious apartment with room for everyone to relax. Lisa the manager was really helpful and welcoming. It’s a shame that there is no AC but that would be the only issue. Otherwise the apartment is great. Central location with lots to see and do nearby. Excellent places to eat nearby. Everything within walking distance. The Lucky bar at entrance 2 of the complex is a great place to stop before heading out or back from a lovely meal. Highly recommend

Every year we book a week in the Costa del Sol at the beginning of the school holidays. We aim to find somewhere where we don't need the hassle of a car but can still enjoy all there is on offer.
This apartment in central Marbella is ideal for this. Not too far from Malaga airport and moments away from the long beaches, plentiful restaurants and bars and tourist amenities. Also did seem to have maintained its Spanish flavour no 'British Sunday lunch' on offer, thank goodness!
The apartment has been well used and feels a little unloved at the moment. A good lick of paint and thorough cleaning would improve it immensely. One of the bedroom fans was falling off and spinning around in a worrying way as though it may fall and decapitate someone. The seating on the balcony was very dirty and seats were broken. There were two sunbeds provided for the pool ( for a party of 6) and both of them were torn and would not last long. We didn't spend much time in the apartment so didn't mind the issues too much and I have sent a polite message to the owner a few weeks ago but have not heard anything back. I have also asked for our deposit back on three occasions and, despite leaving the property as requested, still have not received that back and no idea as to when I can expect it as I have had no communication whatsoever since our stay. Not great service and totally opposite to our usual experience with Owners Direct over the years.
