This beautiful, ground floor barn conversion in the village of Butterknowle, sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
Fern Cottage is a delightful, semi-detached cottage adjoining another holiday home and and set on the owner's land in the village of Butterknowle near Barnard Castle. With two bedrooms and a family bathroom, up to four people can stay. There's also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with multi-fuel stove. Outside, there is an enclosed, shared patio with furniture, BBQ and water feature, overlooking the owner's fields. There's also off road parking for two cars. Fern Cottage provides a lovely base with luxury touches, perfect for discovering this delightful area. Sorry, no work bookings are allowed.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games.
