Facing the cove of La Joie, at the end of the Pointe de Penmarch, this house has all the facilities for a comfortable stay.
By the sea, with a small beach 200 meters away, children's games nearby, this rental will allow holidaymakers to access many activities.
The Pointe de la Torche, very close to Pors Carn beach is easily accessible for Surf and Windsurf activities. A lean-to allows surfers to store their equipment and a beach shower is also available.
Weekly rates are charges not included (tourist taxes, water, electricity).
Optional services are offered, such as the supply of sheets, towels and cleaning.

The house has been beautifully and lovingly renovated and offers a wonderful view of the sea from the kitchen and one bedroom. The furnishings are modern and of high quality. You will find everything you need for a holiday in the houas and the kitchen. The garden is very well maintained and has a nice terrace where you can sit together in the evening. The rooms were all very clean and lovingly furnished. From the house you can go on wonderful bike tours nearby. A bike hire is on site. The bathroom and toilet are quite small, but sufficient for a family of four. The reception at the house was very nice. We got local crepes and cider as a welcome gift. Bed linen, towels, electricity and water are charged separately. We felt very comfortable in the house and spent a very nice holiday there.

This is our second time visiting this property.Located right across from the beach which offers both sand and rock pools for exploration.The owners have set up and equipped the property with everything you might need and the accommodation is most comfortable.The property manager is easy to communicate with and is very helpful.Located on the coastal path we had some great walks to local cafes for lunch.A very enjoyable break we would recommend this property highly.
