(Text automatically translated) Very nice apartment on the seafront including a living room with sofa bed, a flat TV screen neuf.Une new fully equipped kitchen and one full bedroom with 2 people overlooking greenery, 1 bedroom cabin with 2 people a shower room with tray 1X1m a shower washbasin separate toilet. Balcony where there is a table and six chairs as well as a garden store. Apartment in perfect condition and for which nothing is missing. Seaview Cap Ferrat, Cap d'Antibes. transit bus was less than 50m from the apartment

This property was one of the best VRBO stays we've experienced. Muriel the owner greeted us on arrival. She allowed us to drop off our luggage early before we returned our rental car to the airport. There were many little extras in the apartment that you don't find in higher priced properties. The main attraction is the location and view of the Nice shoreline. We sat on the balcony just watching the beautiful Nice sunrise/ scenery. We highly recommend Muriel's apartment for its location, view and hospitality.

Perfect location. Waking up each morning and sitting on the back balcony and enjoying the view of the sea was incredible and it was so easy to get anywhere with the bus in front and the train in back. Also, a grocery store just a block away was so convenient. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
