About this apartment rental
I Tre Laghi is situated at approximately 1,3 kms from the historical centre of Città Sant'Angelo, in a tranquil area opposite three small lakes. The main house is subdivided in two self dependant apartments. Sant'Agnese is a ground floor apartment and hosts six persons. Living area, characteristic with vaulted ceilings, archway leads into dining/kitchen area, also with vaulted ceilings. Both access onto large porch. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table and six chairs, cooker with four burners, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all electric appliances. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with shower. Availability of cot upon request (see photo). Separate from the house there is a barbecue area, fully equipped with table and chairs, bar fridge, wash basin, fireplace and weber. Swimming pool 8 x 4 meters with large gazebo 6 x 4, all enclosed. Parking facilities within premises. The property is surrounded by 3000 sqm of land which includes olive trees and various fruit trees, enclosed with remote control gates. Accommodation includes kitchenware, bed linen and towels. Wifi. Heating paid upon consumption. A cautionary deposit of Euro 120 to be paid on the day of arrival and shall be reimbursed on day of departure, if no damage. Magnificent views of the countryside and Majella mountain. I Tre Laghi is 9 km away from Pescara North – Città Sant’Angelo’s toll booth along the A14 Bari -. Bologna motorway. The town itself offers all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, chemist, banks, post office, theatre, weekly markets. Ten minutes to Montesilvano and fifteen to Silvi Marina beaches, approximately an hour ‘s drive to the four Abruzzo Parks (Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, Majella National Park, Molise National Park and Sirente Velino Regional Park. One hour drive to skiing resorts such as Roccaraso, Passo Lanciano, Campo Felice or La Magnola. This area is also ideal for cycling and fishing. Possibility to rent entire house. See I Tre Laghi - Sant'Angelo First Floor. For the period 30 December - 3 January a cautionary deposit of Euro 200 to be paid in cash upon arrival which shall be reimbursed on the day of departure if no damage. Upon request Piero and Letizia can organize visits of a true traditional Abruzzo. Tastings of oil, wine and beer. A visit to a pasta factory on how the various pastas are produced. An extraordinary outing to a family run cheese laboratory where you personally join in the family in making the cheese concluded with degustation of various cheeses. An outing with the family and their dogs in truffle hunting which is concluded at their restaurant with tasting of various truffle dishes. We apologise for a slight increase in price this year due to increase of taxes on reservations, cleaning fees and commission.

Clean, country living. Beautiful location with amazing views of the surrounding rural communities. Well kept home with gracious hosts Letizia and Piero close by when needed.

Well equipped apartment with amazing terrasse (we enjoyed our daily breakfast in the morning sun with great views). Apartment and garden are very clean and the communication with Letizia and Piero was quite pleasent.
