About this apartment rental
24m² apartment renovated in December 2016 (floors, walls, kitchen, sleeping ...) equipped for 5 people.
Located in the pedestrian resort of Les Arcs 1800 in the Charvet area in the residence Belles Challes, you will have immediate access to shops at the bottom of the building and a send / return skis on the top of the building with a locker storage.
Daycare and kindergarten are located at the exit of the building and you go directly on skis to the snow front where are the appointment for the ski school and departures to all areas.
The resort is located on the Paradiski area who gets 1600/1800/1950/2000 The Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry and the whole area of La Plagne (via the Vanoise Express) with a total of 425km of slopes for all levels and 70% of ski area located over 2000m.
Direct access from Bourg-Saint-Maurice (TGV) to Arcs 1600 via the funicular and free shuttle buses between the stations to access ARCS ARCS 1800.
Large car park at the foot of the building and possibility of covered parking.

E apartamento es tal como se ve en las fotos, tiene absolutamente de todo, he estado en muchos apartamentos pero ninguno tan equipado, no falta absolutamente de nada, tanto de electrodomésticos(lavadora, lavavajillas, aspiradora, secador, batidora, cafetera, tetera, sandwichera...) montones de platos, vasos, cubiertos, accesorios de cocina... Está perfectamente situado, para salir esquiando del portal (saliendo por la planta 8ª), directamente a las pistas. El edificio sí que es un poco curioso, todos los pasillos son inclinados, al principio es bastante complicado orientarse, pero las indicaciones del propietario son clarísimas y extensas, dando indicaciones de todo lo necesario para la estancia (llegada, parking, taxi, ubicaciones...) y siguiéndolas no hay problema. La comunicación con el propietario perfecta, en todo momento interesado en nuestro bienestar, solo un malentendido con la empresa que nos dió las llaves, pero que se solucionó sin problema. Lo único que no comparto es que esté diseñado para cinco personas... efectivamente tiene cinco camas, con sus respectivos servicios pero... no veo a cinco personas conviviendo en ese reducico espacio (24 m2). Otro "defecto" es que el balcón es algo parecido a una salida de emergencia, hay cancillas que comunican con los contiguos, digamos que se puede utilizar pero no se puede ocupar con nada, ya que como digo es una especie de salida de emergencia.
