A stylish and cozy apartment, beautifully furnished with taste and character, featuring unique decorative elements—just a short walk from Central Station ( perfect location if you are planning some tours to Como Lake, Venezia, Garda, or Cinque Terre)

It accommodates up to 7 guests and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living area with a stunning open-plan kitchen.
All of the flat's windows are double-glazed for thermal and acoustic insulation.
This fantastic apartment offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay in Milan.
FAMILY CARE: baby cot and highchair on demand and upon availability
WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: discount automatically applied by Airbnb system
MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: discounted rate automatically applied by the system. We will need to register a regular rental contract for reservations longer than 28 nights.
The cost of the registration (105 €) has to be paid by guests.
Upon arrival you will find :

✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ Starting Pack: initial supply consisting of some dishwasher and washing machine pods, detergents, toilet rolls, hands soap and garbage bags

Appreciated the place was as advertised. Appreciated the walk thru with Manuela. Appreciated extra towels bad basic kitchen and bath supplies. For your Non-European guest, remind them that wall switches for appliances must be switched on for washer, toaster, stove top to work. All in all we had a lovely stay.

Two colleagues and I stayed in this apartment while attending a medical conference in Milan and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, and clean, and more beautiful in person than in the photos.
The location is within 30 minute walk to most of the major attractions of Milan and within 15-20 minutes by public transportation which is easy to use. It is within 5 minute walk of central station. It took 20 minutes on the metro to get to and from MiCo convention center, making it ideal for attending a conference.
The apartment itself is gorgeous. The living area and kitchen are open concept and well stocked with dishes and furniture. We did not cook in the apartment, but made coffee daily using the provided nespresso machine and enjoyed charcuterie, wine, etc which we purchased from a supermarket around the corner. There is ample space for seating in the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. The wifi and air conditioning worked well. The water pressure was good in both bathrooms. There were ample plugs for all our electronic devices. The check-in and check-out process were easy and owners available if we needed. I will definitely stay again when visiting Milan, either for business or pleasure.

We were seven Swedish guys visiting Milano for football, vineyards, sightseeing and food. The apartment was as good as shown on the internet and the correspondence with the hosts was really good even after flight delays and similar. Best recommendations!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this property just a short walk from Milano Centrale. From the start we were impressed. We received very prompt and flexible service from the property manager with her initial eMail. Once we arrived, she showed us around the condo, explained how the various appliances worked, and, with much humor, how to properly segregate the five kinds of trash collected in Milan. It was quite hot when we were in Milan so the A/C in each bedroom and living room were very much appreciated. The nicely appointed kitchen allowed us to easily cook meals with not only nice cookware but a stocked spice cabinet as well. We could easily find the markets and recommended restaurants from the nice guidebook they prepared for the stay. Checkout was just as easy with prompt and friendly service right in the condo. I couldn't recommend more!
