The host communicated really well. The cottage was comfortable with no lack of equipment and even some basic food stuffs. Perfect for two people. We loved sitting out in the garden too.The only slight criticism was that the cottage smelt a bit damp. Not surprising due to its proximity to a nearby river.

Lovely cottage, good location. Really well equipped and comfortable. Couple of lovely winter nights in, playing games and watching movies. We went to Sidmouth, walk on the beach at Dawlish. Bowling in Exmouth on a rainy day, arcade at Paignton and a lovely day in Lyme Regis on the beach. Would also recommend ice-rink at West point if you're staying in December/ early Jan, kids loved it (15 and 11 yo). Would definitely recommend. Friendly emails and communication from the hosts. Great stay
