Two-room apartment in a private setting in Preganziol, halfway between Treviso and Mogliano Veneto. It consists of a living area with a large kitchen and a sofa bed for two people, a sleeping area with a double bed, bathroom renovated in 2018, entrance garden with gate. On the back, a large private parking area with a bar and additional parking in front of the building. Very convenient for public transport (bus stop at 50 meters), San Trovaso train station at 800 meters. and Preganziol train station about 2 km away. You can reach Treviso in about 10 minutes and Venice Santa Lucia in about half an hour. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment (about 40 meters) a restaurant / pizzeria (IL MANDRILLO) and an area with snacks vending machines open 24 hours a day. Within a radius of about 100 meters from the apartment there are two bars and a tobacconist; a big megastore of home appliances. In the center of Preganziol about 1.5 km away are bars, banks, supermarkets, shops, a bank, the church and numerous other service providers.

Die Wohnung ist klein und eher dunkel, sie ist allerdings gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, gut erreichbar, sehr gutes Englisch. Check in klappt super, alles in der Wohnung ist gut erklärt. Sogar ein kleiner abschließbarer Außenbereich ist vorhanden.
