Giuseppe was very warm and welcoming, which set a good mood for the trip. The rooms were very clean and comfortable! The common kitchen area was handy for storing some snacks and drinks. One of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in, sturdy yet comfortable. The location was close to good public tranport connections to the old town, so the hotel is reasonably accessible. A taxi ride from old town during the night was only 16€, so if you're staying out late, it's a very viable option. For our group of four people, it was the same price as the bus would've been with single tickets!
The shower drain was a bit slow, which was a bit annoying, but that's not really a problem.

The Check in process is a nightmare. We waited for an hour outside the facility and no body showed up. In the end everything was solved telephonically and the key was left in the security box.
