About this villa rental
This beautifully presented villa, which is just a three minute walk to the sea from the gardens, offers five en-suite bedrooms, private swimming pool and very large gardens. It has a very large lounge/living room with access onto a terrace where one finds comfortable seating and a dining area. From here steps lead down to a private pool and pretty, well kept gardens. From the gate at the end of the lawned garden, it is less than three minute to walk the beach. The villa has a large kitchen with seating for eight guests and a separate laundry room. A large living room with high speed fibre optic connection and an international TV package including Sky channels. There is also a second lounge/television room with games consoles (games are not included). It also provides a new pool table in the basement for hours of fun. Access to the beach is through the large gardens and through a small gate. From here it is a very short walk along a quiet road. The house is well located for a selection of restaurants and bars, plus a convenience supermarket. One could well stay in this house without the need for a car however a driveway for up to two cars is also available within the property. All in all, this house provides plenty of quality space for a large family or families traveling together, set in spacious gardens with its own private swimming pool and ideally near the beach.

Lovely house with large garden and pool , master bedroom was a great size with extras Everything you need is in Villa . we spent all our time outdoors , lovely big seating area .We did not hire a car but I feel you do need a car , there is a bus stop at top of the road if you want to get into puerto banus / Marbella , you need to negotiate stairs and overpass to get to other side of main road for bus to Estepona which is a good 25 mins on bus so not walkable , Puerto Banús is closer , 15 -20 mins on bus , we used uber which had an excellent service but quite expensive. The beach is a short walk away but little amenities , nearest mercadona Lidl’s is a fair walk away over a walkway at other side of main road ( a different walkway which has a ramp not stairs ) a bit further away We had a lovely family holiday but would recommend hiring a car . Communication re villa was good no issues

We loved our stay in the Villa . It had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. Location was not really central but close to buses up and fown the coast. A fabulous vacation for us with our friends and wd created lasting memories

Everything was very good, clean and as advertised with one exception the bedding in one of the smaller rooms, it was very dirty and had to be washed.
