About this house rental
This authentic water mill dates back to the 16th century and has been completely renovated and furnished with style. The house offers a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a large garden. The 15 bedrooms make the house perfect for a large group. It is only available for family gatherings or work meetings. Access to the house is via a few steps, without wheelchair ramps._x000D_

The region offers no less than 51 hiking trails and 8 mountain bike trails in the hilly landscape. 4 km from the house is Vresse-Sur-Semois where you can find shops and restaurants and 6 km is Laforet, one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia. There is also a zoo (14 km) and the castle of Bouillon is 29 km from the house._x000D_

There is a living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen with a large dining area. The bedrooms are spacious and there are no less than 11 luxurious bathrooms. There is also a pool table and table tennis and you can relax by the indoor pool or in the sauna. The garden is enclosed by a river which flows into the Semois after 4 km.

Das Haus ist wirklich einmalig! Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und auch an Küchenutensilien hat nix gefehlt. Im Gegenteil, es gab alles und viel mehr noch dazu! Der Pool ist wirklich das Highlight. Leider war zu viel Chlor im Wasser, was einige Nebenwirkungen hervorgerufen hat. Besitzer und Hausmeister waren immer sofort zur Stelle wenn was war, wenn auch nur auf französisch. Aber mit Händen und Füßen kann man sich irgendwie verständigen. Würde immer wieder kommen!!!!

Le vieux moulin est situé dans une charmante vallée, idéal quand il fait chaud.
Plusieurs corps de bâtiment compose la propriété, mais les circulations sont compliquées et pas logiques.
La cuisine et la salle à manger sont trop petites (pour 30 personnes) et se situent au 1er étage par un accès difficile, ce qui est compliqué quand on veut manger dehors.
L'équipement laisse à désirer: pas assez de plats, de couverts, pas de toaster, pas de rappe, pas de passoire, etc.
C'est clairement un point faible inacceptable en regard du prix.
