Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This modern and bright 170 m² loft combines carefully curated decor with all the amenities for unforgettable holidays. Located in a rural irrigation area in the Guadalhorce Valley, among avocado fields, it offers a peaceful and natural setting, less than half an hour by car from Málaga, Marbella, Fuengirola, Ronda and other cities in the province. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it features a living-dining room and an open-plan kitchen with a central island fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and more. The main double bedroom is on the ground floor, while the mezzanines offer beds for 4 additional people. Additionally, it has a spacious bathroom with a double shower and an independent toilet.
The loft is air-conditioned with air conditioning and heating by heat pump or pellet stove, guaranteeing comfort in any season of the year. Outside, you can relax in the well-maintained garden with furniture, enjoy the private pool and prepare delicious barbecues on the terrace. For your convenience, there is also outdoor parking for 4 vehicles, internet access and television with channels in various languages (Spanish, German, Dutch, French).
The location is perfect for exploring the area: 24 km from the beaches of Fuengirola, 8 km from Alhaurín Golf course, and close to amusement and water parks, as well as the AVE María Zambrano train station and Málaga international airport. Location was great, check in and out went smoothly, good kitchen and fantastic yard and outdoor facilities.
Internet speed could be better. Some furniture is wearing. You need to bring your own water for drinking and cooking. Pool is not heated and could be a bit cold in late months.

Lovely villa in very quiet location. Car needed as last part of journey is practically on a dirt track. Owner will meet you on arrival and will contact you a week prioir with arrangements and instructions on how to get to the property. Owner is very nice indeed. Local major supermarkets are approx 10-15mins away. Only minor issues were the compmay used to manage the property and who you book with are very poor at communicating. They didnt respond to any messages and had to get Verbo involved propr to arrival to answer my questions. Apart from that it was really lovely.

We enjoyed the villa for 2 weeks. It was spotless clean, quiet and beautifully situated. The owner Cristóbal was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
