We really liked the friendly welcome and further interactions with the owner Birgit Schlosser and her son. Very convenient location for skiers. .

Very good communication, super pleasant owner with fluent english. Skibus just next to the appartment. Internet (wifi) working ok. Accommodation clean, well equipped. Parking in a open garage very convenient (it was snowing = no need to clean the car)
Small issue with wet in entrance room (managed with drying machine, no problem really).

Brigit was very friendly and helped us whenever she could. Including helping us to get the Kaproun/ZellAmSee card in a short notice in the morning of our arrival, which saved us money and time. The apartment is small but comfort and have everything. The best part was the garden outside which is almost like private garden with many toys and the kids didn't want to leave. -
Laundry can't be done on place and should be done in a laundry located in the city, which is not convenient if you want to leave early in the morning.
