About this apartment rental
*** Information:
Rentals are general from Saturday to Saturday, except for congresses or Film Festival.
You can however make a "special" request, I will study it carefully.
"Côté Jardin" ... self-contained apartment with beautiful terrace overlooking the residence's private garden.
Very beautiful two-room apartment of 30 M2 with great comfort, carefully equipped. An ideal place to rest a few steps from the city center of Cannes, its shops, the train station, the Palais des Festivals and the Forville market.
The main room has a very nice black leather sofa convertible into an excellent bed, a small hanging flat screen TV; kitchenette.
This beautiful room overlooks the terrace with garden view.
You will find everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer.
The bedroom offers a large 160 cm bed or two separate comfortable beds with bay window opening onto the terrace.
1 bathroom with bath and separate WC.
The apartment is equipped with wifi and a private garage in the basement.
This accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people but ideally 2 or 3 people.
The residence is well maintained, guarded and supervised.
Upon arrival the beds will be made and the cleanliness of the apartment will be impeccable.

*** Deposit not required on site but MANDATORY on arrival, in the amount of € 200, returned on the day of departure.
*** Arrivals are until 8:00 p.m., however and depending on my availability I can welcome you until 11:00 p.m., an additional € 30.00 will be required, after 11:00 p.m .: € 50.00

*** Important recommendations for departure:
To do :
- Bed linen, towels, tea towels must be removed, folded and gathered in heaps.
- Emptied garbage cans.
- The dishes must be clean and tidy.
- The dishwasher must be emptied.
- The refrigerator must be emptied.
- The clean and tidy kitchen area.
If these positions are not filled, you will be charged a flat rate of € 50.
In case of individual departure you must turn off the lights, air conditioning or heating and close the shutters.

Le seul petit bémol, ascenseur souvent en panne. La photo de la salle de séjour ne reflétait pas la surface une fois sur place. Nous avons tout de même passé une semaine agréable
