Apartment was clean and looked like it was well maintained. We booked this one specifically because it had a separate bedroom, even though it is small. Location was perfect for skiing with the piste by the Tufs lift right outside the building.
I would reserve some criticism for the Sefcotel building itself. It's a maze and none of the doors have signs on them, so we spent the first couple of days getting lost trying to find our way out of the place. It also smelt of sewage in the basement.
