Vaulted wood ceilings in this A-Frame style home make it a quaint retreat from the modern world with a light and airy feel. Lava Top 1 is located off Beaver Drive and just a short distance from The Sunriver Village and SHARC Facility. Outdoor amenities include a BBQ, located on a good-sized deck, perfect for cooking and dining al fresco. There is also a carport for parking and bikes for riding around and exploring the 30 plus miles of trails offered in Sunriver. Make all of your vacation memories in this charming home tucked away in Deschutes National Forest.
Bedrooms:
Both of the bedrooms are located on the main floor of the home. The first bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom also has a Queen sized bed.
Loft:
The loft upstairs has two twin beds, overlooking the Living room.
Living:
In the Living room, you can kick your feet up in front of the fire and watch your favorite TV show or movie.
Kitchen:
Dark stained, wood cabinets line the Kitchen. Accenting so nicely with the light wood siding of the cabin-style home.
Dining:
The Dining room is just adjacent to the Kitchen with seating for six and a clear view of the Livingroom.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 6 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. The house completely met our expectations. Check in and out was super easy. The house had everything that we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. As other reviews said, some of the furniture and carpeting are very well loved but they also allowed our dog into the home so we didn't feel as super concerned about him walking about as we would have if it were to have new light carpet, so that was a plus. We slept well, cooked our food, washed our laundry, rented movies, and enjoyed the area stress free. There is a train track very close but we barely noticed any sound in the house. We would stay here again. Thank you for having us!!!

My wife and 1yo stayed with our dog as well. We had no issues and the place was in a perfect location not to far from the village and SHARC pool. Plenty of bikes available to ride all week.
If you're looking for a little cabin for your small family, this is it.

First the place was not cleaned: found some cobwebs in living room and popcorns on the floor near the twin beds.
The dishwasher was not empty when we arrived.
The master bed is really Very uncomfortable, and it’s making a squeaky noise. For this price, obviously this bed needs to be changed.
One of the bike included in the rental was broken, and we had to wait a day for them to replace it. That should be checked before our arrival as well.
