Impressive apartment of 134 m² fully equipped and furnished in a new building. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, and a separate kitchen that leads to the bright and spacious living room of the apartment. It consists of garage spaces in the same building. Its decoration is exquisite, with a modern touch contrasting with the white of the furniture with its wooden doors. It is a perfect choice for a good holiday with family or friends.

You will find the Plaza de la Virgen and the cathedral a few meters away; as well as an infinity of restaurants and shops. Very close to the apartment are the lungs of the city, los Jardines del Turia, the old river bed that goes through the city west to east, from the Bioparc to the City of Arts and Sciences.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It is very central, clean, bright and comfortable. We did, however, have 2 issues. The first was that we were told that we could check in at 3pm but when we arrived (at 3pm) the cleaners were there and had literally just started cleaning. They told us to go away and come back in an hour so we had to hang around outside. The second issue was that we had specifically booked this apartment because it mentioned having parking in the building. When we arrived I asked about access to the parking space and was told that I should have pre booked. We then had great difficulty in finding a space nearby for the 2 days that we were there for.
Apart from those 2 issues everything else was just what we were looking for.

The booking was fraught with frustration once everything had to be done directly with SingularStays. Very chaotic and contradictory messaging with various reps. Vrbo tried to help but Singular was a mess. Upon arrival at the street door to the apartment building, the electronic key system did not work. Fortunately Singular’s office was only a couple of blocks away and a rep there provided some minimal assistance that allowed us to get into the apartment. The electronic entry system continued to be problematic but finally worked. The apartment is excellently located and is spacious enough, but had almost none of the amenities personal hosts have provided in the past. We purchased non-slip shower mats to avoid falls, a shopping cart, and all comestibles. Valencia was wonderful for sightseeing, beachgoing, dining, cultural things and the Turia greenway park. Overall, a pleasant visit to a lovely city but through an agency that needs to step up its service and attention to the client.
